We want you to be completely happy with your Weddly invitation. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@weddlyhub.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your invitation URL or slug (if available)
- A brief reason (optional — helps us improve)
We process refunds within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will always try to find a fair solution — if something goes wrong with your invitation before your wedding day, we'll fix it or refund you.
What's Not Refundable
- Custom/Bespoke designs — the $300+ bespoke design service involves dedicated designer time. Refund terms for bespoke orders are agreed upon individually before work begins.
Cancellations
You can stop using Weddly at any time. There is no subscription to cancel — Weddly is a one-time purchase. If you wish to delete your invitation and all associated data, you can do so from your dashboard or by emailing us.
