1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weddly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weddly provides a platform for creating, customising, and sharing digital wedding invitations, collecting guest RSVPs, and managing wedding-related information. We offer both free and paid plans.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and password to publish an invitation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed as one-time purchases or subscriptions as indicated at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the plan you select.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@weddlyhub.com within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload (text, images, photos).
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use the Service for bulk messaging, spam, or any purpose unrelated to wedding invitations.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its templates.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, branding, and other materials provided by Weddly are our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them outside the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Weddly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
